Terms and Conditions

1. General

By availing the services offered, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

2. Fees/ Payment

2.1. The hourly rate for individual counselling/coaching, whether face-to-face, via telephone, or online, is CHF 120.- per 60-minute session.

2.2. Couples counselling, which is exclusively offered face-to-face, is priced at CHF 160.- per session.

2.3. Payment for face-to-face counselling is collected at the time of the session. For online counselling, payment is due prior to the session commencement.

2.4. Accepted payment methods include cash and Twint. Bank transfers can be made to the following
IBAN: CH53 0900 0000 8716 2712 7.

2.5. Prospective clients are welcome to contact me for a preliminary discussion to determine compatibility before scheduling an appointment.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

3.1. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of CHF 50.

3.2. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged CHF 100.–.

3.3. Clients arriving late will have their missed time deducted from their treatment duration. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, additional charges may apply.

4. Gift Vouchers

4.1. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1. Payments can be made on location via cash or Twint.

5.2. For advance payments and payments on account, the transferred amount is non-refundable. The right to treatment will expire one year after the transfer to my account.
